Sure - you can definitely do that :) I just want to make sure your entries are properly accounted for then in the Entries list haha. Both this and the kirupa.com logo one would need to be expanded in the list, so I will do that shortly after I wake up from a food coma.

Wow, very interesting. Though I might experiment with cropping (first try would be cutting off the bottom, including the one bird down there, to make it more panoramic and [hopefully] make the horizon less centered), there's not really anything that I'd change about this photo. Good work, IMHO. :)

I would say 30 days after August 23 since that is the latest advert you ran for the job.
Thanks for your reply. One of the newspaper ads ran on July 27th. Does that mean I have to wait 30 days from that date?
I have 4 additional steps when DOL needs only three. May be I do not have to count the University Alumni Placement ad and file early.
Is this company considered professional oraganization for Operations Research Analyst job: www.apicsutah.org? We posted the job ad on this organization's website to fulfill the Professonal Organization requirement.

Just got 3 transfer notices from CSC saying applcations transfered to NSC. Applcations reached July23rd at NSC. 140 approved from TSC.

Good thing is after 6 months of EAD ,change the jobs. So the new additional income added to your pot can be used to pay INS if there are any annual renewals till you get the GC.
INS will have atleast 200-300K 485 Applicaitons from Indians and equivalent from chinese, Mexico by July 31'st.
So INS will have a good beer party with Billions of Dollars and fixed royalty income from renewals from the potbellys of Indians, chinese,mexicans. This is a ballgame in no mans land.
Some one in INS did a good math to have good money. With these money, if the new bill et al is passed, can be used to build next gen systems.
Good Luck to everybody including me. I am also in the same race to get GC but i am far distant.

You are eligible for 3 years extension with the approved I140. I also applied my H1 extension by attaching approved 140 for 3 years extension, I got it last month...
it will not like 2 yrs and then 3 yrs.....go for 3 years...I think lawyer should know all these....

Hello everybody,
First of all I must appologize because I mentioned this in the forum before but that was a different question that I asked.
My wife's Labor lists a 4 year degree with a BS in Mechanical Engineering as a requirement.
We filed I-140 with her old H1B evaluation which says she has a 4 year degree in Civil Engineering (stupid me :mad: ).
I found another evaluator who looked closely and gave us an evaluation for BS in Mechanical Engineering because her degree is way closer to the Mechanical than it is to the Civil Eng.
Will USCIS reject this I-140 on the spot based on the fact that she doesn't meet the requirements or issue an RFE ? If they issue an RFE and we send the Mechanical Eng. evaluation, will the fact that we filed first with the Civil Eng evaluation cause any problems ? Are we assuming the worst and is not such a big deal ??
She worked on H1B for 7 years as a Mech Eng and this is NOT a labour substitution.

Currently, I am on H4 visa. Recently, I was offered employment and got my H1B approved.
But, my new I797 approval notice does not contain I-94 part.
Do we need to apply for Change of Status from H4 to H1B now while I remain in US? Do I need to do it or my employer needs to do it?
I would really appreciate your help.

You need to go out of US, preferably to your home country, get an H1-B stamp on your passport, and reenter US using your H1-B visa stamp.

My friend and his family got their GC's approved last week. They also have Canadian GC. My friend is the primary applicant and she is currently in US, but her husband is in India. He did not apply for an advance parole and was planning to re-enter the country using his Canadian GC. Now that his US GC is approved, will there be any issue at the port of entry?
